Website improvements

Have to hold my hand up and admit to a rookie mistake, I've been doing extensive testing with Edge and Firefox, but not with Chrome - what a silly goose :P On first load I discovered that the splash screen wasn't behaving correctly in Chrome It is now Guess I need to test with Safari as well (not that I care for Macs :P ) -=A=- .
