flm-vscode v0.1.9 released

Ooops... I'd been doing my developing and testing for this extension in the Insider's Edition, and it was working nicely, yet I had neglected to test it on the vanilla, v1.138.0 version until last night - I did, it didn't work, so I fixed it v0.1.9 now works as designed in VSCode v1.138.0 I need to be a bit more careful when testing in the future, just because it wroks on the bleeding edge, doesn't mean it works on the stable release Mea Culpa -=A=- .
