rdeskm improvements

1/ add a navigable tree control to be used to sort/order/control multiple separate connections - DONE 2/ add SSH support - To do 3/ add the ability to support multiple simultaneous connections in tabbed windows - DONE 4/ add the ability to map drives via the connection - To do 5/ add the ability to access the clipboard of each session, and to be able to cut-and-paste across sessions - DONE* needs to be tested 6/ more to come Need to publish the code to Github, and release the first demo -=A=- .|
